The 8000 Series with “Quick-Release” offers easy removal of the vacuum system and seal bar for cleaning and sterilization.
The Model 8000 is the most compact, full-feature and user-friendly pouch sealer. The Model 8000 integrates high performance Venturi vacuum capability, with advanced electronic controls and our innovative “Quick-Release” vacuum and seal bar plates. The wide jaw opening and adjustable product support tray facilitates fast and repeatable bag positioning for sealing a wide variety of product shapes and sizes.
The “Quick-Release System” is an innovative design allowing the user to easily remove the vacuum and seal bar plates for simplified cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance. The new vacuum and seal bar design accommodates a pouch with as little as 1” header space. The linear element tensioner eliminates electrical connections and assures element tension under all pressure settings, while simplifying element replacement and extending element life.
Our customers requested smaller footprints, modular design, simplified operator interface, alarms for process faults, multiple operating modes, multiple recipe storage, and upper/lower heat. The Accu-Seal 8000 machine delivers all these features and is built to provide years of reliable performance.
With temperature control operation and calibration to ISO 11607, the Model 8000 provides process validation for reliable seal quality. Password protected recipe and alarm settings with digital process control through an LCD touchscreen HMI, provides the confidence that all process parameters are maintained seal-to-seal. External verification ports offer ease of calibration. The Model 8000 is also RoHS compliant and available with CE certification.
Accu-Seal products are manufactured using the highest quality materials and components. The seamless stainless steel cases are laser cut and welded to resist the use of harsh anti-microbial agents.

The model 830 modular heat sealing system provides users with the flexibility to arrange a sealing station that fits your process perfectly. A space efficient tabletop seal head design and separate control unit makes it perfect for flow hoods and small work areas. The seal head can be placed in a laminar flow hood, on a tabletop, cart or stand, and is operable in a vertical, horizontal or angled position. The touchscreen can be remotely mounted on a flexible arm for ease of access and visibility. The control cabinet can be wall– mounted, lay flat or stand up within 6 feet of the seal head.
