DermaLocTM Ported Peel Pouch

High Barrier Fragile Tissue Packaging

Protect fragile tissue during storage, fluid transfer, removal and handling with the DermaLocTM Ported Peel Pouch.  The port offers efficient in pouch hydration of tissues, requiring minimal fluids, while the transfer device offers protective support of fragile tissues during handling and placement.

Transfer device allows for easy removal of fragile tissues from packaging as well as protective subsequent handling. The transfer device can also be used for HTC/P precision placement during procedures for ultimate control.

Easy open peel allows tissue to be completely free of packaging before handling. No pulling or pushing of tissues required, only effortless removal from packaging. Pouches which require cutting or tearing can lead to a damage or debris event.

Fluid events such as hydration are made more efficient with this closed ported system. By pulling a slight vacuum before a hydration event, hydration may occur more rapidly and with lower fluid requirements.

Packaging has a low oxygen transmittal rate and low moisture vapor transmission rate while retaining a high resistance to tears and punctures.

Sizes available to meet current configuration, products, process, and space requirements.

Our services are executed under our Quality Management System which is certified under ISO 9001 and 13485 and complies with FDA 21 CFR 820. We follow ASTM standards, test methods, specifications, guides and practices.
